TEAM SAS'Y and WATERAID
We're proud to announce that we made$600 on the WaterAid Ceilidh. We were assisted this year by generous donations
from the members of the Board of Trustees of Ohio Scottish Games. This should help a great deal in bringing sanitation,
education, and water to 3rd world countries. Positive outcomes include helping young children live longer and healthier
without illnesses from drinking contaminated water. A special thanks to Frances Acar, Donne Shepperly, and Christie Walsh
for extraordinary efforts. Thanks to Gene & Betty Marcus for the Silent Auction, and to Bob Morehead for providing
the music. But for all of you who helped in so many ways (an event like this is not a success without the help of many
hands), pat yourself on the back, Team Sas'y ! You are a great bunch.

Florence Campbell has not been well. She has moved into a new residence. Her address now
is: The McKinley Health Care Center, 800 Market Avenue North, Rm 232, Canton, Ohio 44702. Florence finds confinement
there very difficult. She is quite lonely and would appreciate visits or cards if you have time. Florence has
no close family members left, so she is very much alone in her illness.

Dennis and Pam Gressock are the proud grandparents of Ainsley Grace. Dennis has already purchased the wee
one her own very professional highland dance shoes (with extra laces in case she wears them out). We are all expecting
her to follow in mom Becca's dancing shoes.

A great big hearty THANK YOU to Louisa Clark Braten* of Buffalo,Wyoming, who donated the Minutes of the Akron Burns
Society to our group. We have been looking them over and they are absolutely fascinating. A real peek into life
back into the 1920's. They are now available for anyone interested to read in the Special Collections department at
the Akron Public Library.
*Louisa's mother, Jean Risk Morton Clark was once secretary of the above group and left them to Louisa for safe keeping.
