Vendors are expected to provide their own apparatus – tents, tables, whatever. No electric or water hook-ups. Set up may begin on Friday, the 18th of May, or after 8:00 am on Saturday the 19th. In either case cars must be parked away from the vending area (in space provided) before 10:00 the day of the festival.

Two tickets will be provided to the Clan to distribute as

they wish. Registration deadline: May 11th, 2012

Please Note: Clans or Service Group Reps will be allowed in free to set up before 11:00 a.m. the day of the festival. Members may help with set up but must purchase tickets.

The sponsoring clans are expected to provide their own tables and chairs, banners, decorations and supplies.
