Vendors are expected to provide their own apparatus – tents, tables, whatever. No electric or water hook-ups. Set up may begin on Friday, the 29^th of May, or after 9:00 am on Saturday the 30th. In either case cars must be parked away from the vending area (in space provided) before 11:00 the day of the festival.

Two tickets will be provided to the Clan to distribute as

they wish. Registration deadline: May 10th, 2009

Please Note: Clans Reps will be allowed in for free to set up before 11:00 a.m. the day of the festival. Members may help with set up but must purchase tickets.

The sponsoring clans are expected to provide their own tables and chairs, banners, decorations and supplies.
